What is Mental Health?

Within each of us resides an innate wisdom that most of us have lost touch with in our busy lives. It is an inner voice or internal guidance system that keeps us safe, presents new ideas, reminds us, and is non judgemental. It is gentle and it never disturbs us.

Mental health isn’t about finding 100% happiness. It’s about unlocking your natural resilience and innate health. You don’t have to feel okay to be okay. It is entirely normal in any given moment to feel low, anxious or frustrated.

I share an understanding of how the mind works (created by Sydney Banks) which enables clients to free themselves from judgement and frustration that any given moment should be different than it is.

When we understand how something operates, it is easier to deal with. Understanding our psychological experience increases resilience and acceptance naturally and surprisingly this allows us to spend less time in our head and more time enjoying life productively.

I offer Consciousness Coaching and The 3 Principles mentoring plus yoga, meditation and nutritional support to increase all aspects of health, in particular mental health. I invite you to drop out of mental chatter and into a loving space where innate health is consistently present.
